1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of myhealthscanner.com, our pre-launch website. By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to them. Separate terms will apply to the My Health Scanner app when it launches.

2. Not medical advice

My Health Scanner provides general wellness and nutrition information. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Nothing on this site is medical, dietary or clinical advice.

Always read the physical product label — particularly for allergens. Product formulations change, and label data can be incomplete or out of date. If you have a food allergy, intolerance or medical condition, rely on the packaging and on your healthcare professional, not on an app.

3. Pre-launch status

The app is in development. Screens shown here illustrate the product we're building; features, scoring, pricing and availability may change, and joining the early-access list does not guarantee access, a launch date, or any particular feature.

4. Using this site

• Give accurate information, and only submit an email address you're entitled to use.
• Don't attempt to break, overload, scrape or circumvent the site's protections.
• Don't use the contact form to send unlawful, abusive or unsolicited commercial content.

We may decline, remove or block submissions that breach these terms.

5. Our content

The My Health Scanner name, logo, copy, designs and screenshots on this site belong to us and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may link to the site; you may not copy or reuse its content without our written permission.

6. What you send us

If you send us feedback or ideas, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use them to improve the product, with no obligation and no compensation. Don't send us anything you consider confidential.

7. Availability and liability

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Continued use means you accept them.
